What this site does with your information
Very little, and this page is the whole of it. Last reviewed in February 2026.
No tracking of any kind
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, no tag managers, no social media widgets and no embedded third party content. Every font, image and icon is served from this site itself, so loading a page here does not tell anybody else that you were reading it.
There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is being collected in the first place.
Server logs
The server that hosts this site keeps standard web server logs, which record the address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's own description of itself. These are used to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of anyone, they are not shared, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
The contact form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to this site. It composes a message in your own mail application, which you then read and send yourself. Nothing you type into it reaches me unless you press send in your own mail program, and no draft is stored here.
When you write to me
If you write to hello@bestmembershipwebsite.com, I keep the message so I can reply to it and so I have a record of what we agreed. I do not add correspondents to any list, because there is no list, and this site has never asked anyone to subscribe to anything.
Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted within about a year. Client correspondence is kept for as long as I am obliged to keep business records, and then deleted.
Client material
If you engage me, I will see things about your site that are not public: numbers, member notes, internal documents. I do not share them, quote them, or use them as examples, and I will sign your confidentiality agreement if you would like that in writing. Client material is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement on request.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@bestmembershipwebsite.com and I will do it, normally within a few days. There is nobody else to go through, since this is a one person practice.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change is significant, it will be described on this page rather than quietly folded in.
